We keep the content here as accurate as we can, but material descriptions, timelines, and service details are provided for general guidance. Nothing on this website is a binding quotation. A price becomes binding only when we issue a written estimate for your specific property and you accept it.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are based on the conditions visible at the time of measurement. If ledge, buried obstructions, utilities, or other hidden conditions are found once work begins, we will stop, explain the issue, and agree any change with you before continuing.
Scheduling
Installation timelines given on this site are typical rather than guaranteed. Weather, ground conditions, permit processing, and material availability can move a date. We will keep you informed if anything changes.
Property lines and permits
You are responsible for identifying your property boundaries and for confirming that a fence may be installed where you want it. Where a permit is required, we will tell you, but obtaining it may be the property owner’s responsibility depending on the town. We install to the line you identify.
Warranty
Material carries the manufacturer’s warranty. Our installation workmanship is guaranteed by us. Full detail is on our warranty page.
Intellectual property
The photographs on this site are of our own completed installations. Site content, images, and design may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
