Why do gates sag and how do you prevent it?
Sagging is almost always an undersized post or a missing diagonal brace. Gate posts carry a swinging load, not a static one, so we set them deeper, size them up, and brace the frame properly.
Can you automate an existing gate?
Often yes, if the gate and posts are sound enough to take an operator. We will come out and assess whether it is worth automating or whether replacing the gate is the better spend.
What access control options are available?
Keypads, intercoms, card readers, remotes, loop detectors, and safety edges. Our team includes a Certified Gate Automation Technician and a Certified Gate Automation Designer.
How wide should a driveway gate be?
Most residential drives want 10 to 12 feet of clear opening for a single, or 14 to 16 feet split across a double. We measure the approach angle, because a tight turn needs more width than a straight run.
